PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO TOUR PRICING
The pricing structure for our real estate photography & video tour services is based on the size of the home. Our philosophy is to “take the viewer on a tour of the home in pictures” when they see your listing online. Once they have looked at set of images and then notice and click the “play” button for the video…they will then see how the house flows and all the rooms connect together.
This approach means that we don’t “count” the photos that we take while on site. However many photos the home needs in order to be able to fully “tell the story of the house” is how many we take. Large homes will require a few more photos while 2-bedroom condos will require less. The average is about 35 images.
Experience has shown that as the size a home grows larger, more time is required to do what we do at a high level. That being the case we charge more for larger homes than for smaller ones.
